New Deals:
- The acquisition of Dresser-Rand Group (DRC) by Siemens for $7.6 billion or $83.00 per share in cash. Additional per share cash consideration of $0.55 shall be applied on the first day of each month starting March 1, 2015, until the closing occurs.
- The acquisition of Viasystems Group (VIAS) by TTM Technologies (TTMI) for $927 million in a cash plus stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of Viasystems will receive per share consideration equal to $11.33 in cash and 0.706 shares of TTM common stock for each Viasystems share.
- The acquisition of Sigma-Aldrich Corporation (SIAL) by Merck KGaA for $17 billion or $140 per share in cash.
