- The acquisition of Multimedia Games Holding Company (MGAM) by Global Cash Access Holdings (GCA) for $1.2 billion or $36.50 per share in cash.
- The acquisition of The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (BKYF) by BB&T Corporation (BBT) in a cash plus stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation will receive 1.0126 shares of BB&T common stock and $9.40 of cash for each share of The Bank of Kentucky stock.
- The acquisition of Annie’s (BNNY) by General Mills (GIS) for $820 million or $46.00 per share in cash.
