New Deals:

1. The acquisition of Warner Chilcott plc (WCRX) by Actavis (ACT) for $8.5 billion in a stock-for-stock transaction. Under the terms of the Transaction Agreement, at closing Warner Chilcott shareholders will receive 0.160 shares of New Actavis for each Warner Chilcott share they own.
2. The acquisition of Websense (WBSN) by Vista Equity Partners for $907 million or $24.75 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of SoundBite Communications (SDBT) by Genesys for $100.4 million or $5.00 per share in cash.
