- The acquisition of BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited (BCDS) by Diodes Incorporated (DIOD) for $151 million or $8.00 per American Depositary Share (ADS) in cash.
- The acquisition of NTS Realty Holdings (NLP) by Founder Chairman J.D. Nichols and President and CEO Brian F. Lavin for $7.50 per unit in cash.
- The acquisition of Duff & Phelps Corporation (DUF) by a consortium (“the Consortium”) comprising controlled affiliates of or funds managed by The Carlyle Group, Stone Point Capital LLC, Pictet & Cie and Edmond de Rothschild Group for $665.5 million or $15.55 per share in cash.
