1. The acquisition of Zhongpin (HOGS) by its Chairman and CEO Xianfu Zhu for $418 million or $13.50 per share in cash.
2. The acquisition of Ralcorp Holdings (RAH) by ConAgra Foods (CAG) for $6.8 billion or $90.00 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of Retalix (RTLX) by NCR Corp. (NCR) for $660 million or $30.00 per share in cash.
