2. The acquisition of IRIS International (IRIS) by Danaher Corporation (DHR) for $340.9 million or $19.50 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of Ditech Networks (DITC) by Nuance Communications (NUAN) for $22.5 million or $1.45 per share in cash.
