- The acquisition of TomoTherapy (TOMO) by Accuray (ARAY) in a cash plus stock deal for $277 million, where TomoTherapy shareholders will receive $3.15 in cash and 0.1648 shares of Accuray common stock per share of TomoTherapy common stock.
- The acquisition of RC2 Corp (RCRC) by TOMY Company Ltd for $640 million or $27.90 per share in cash.
