It looks like additional information about the highly anticipated Chipotle Grill IPO is now available. The offering will be priced between $15.50 and $17.50 per share at a P/E of 28.7 (considering the mid-point share price of $16.50). The fact that the IPO proceeds will be used for further expansion rather than as a payout to McDonald’s (who currently owns over 90% of Chipotle) could be very positive for the stock.
