Male grooming startup Manscaped is in talks to merge with blank-check firm Bright Lights Acquisition Corp., (BLTS) according to people with knowledge of the matter.

November 23, 2021: MANSCAPED, and Bright Lights Acquisition Corp. (BLTS), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, announced they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement that will result in MANSCAPED becoming a public company. Upon closing of the transaction, the combined company will be renamed Manscaped Holdings, Inc. and expects to apply to be listed on the Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol “MANS.”
