1. The acquisition of Brigham Exploration (BEXP) by Statoil ASA (STO) for $4.4 billion or $36.50 per share in cash.
2. The acquisition of Anadys Pharmaceuticals (ANDS) by Roche for $230 million or $3.70 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of Vertro (VTRO) by Inuvo (INUV) in an all stock deal, where shareholders of Vertro will receive 1.546 shares of Inuvo common stock per each share of Vertro common stock.
