Merger Arbitrage

1. BWMN: The Federal Trade Commission granted early termination of the waiting period under the HSR Act for the acquisition of Bowman Consulting Group (BWMN) by Bernhard Capital Partners.
2. SUPN: The Federal Trade Commission granted early termination of the waiting period under the HSR Act for the acquisition of Supernus Pharmaceuticals (SUPN) by Indivior Pharmaceuticals (INDV).
3. NSC: Union Pacific (UNP) and Norfolk Southern (NSC) announced that the Surface Transportation Board (STB) has denied merger opponents’ requests to dismiss the companies’ revised merger application. The two companies expect the transaction to be completed in the second half of 2027.
