- BWIN: The acquisition of The Baldwin Group, Inc. (BWIN) by Sequence Holdings and DFO Management for a closing value of $7.70 billion. Baldwin shareholders will receive $32.50 in cash for each share of Baldwin common stock they hold, representing a premium of 9.61% from the stock’s last close. (Press Release)
- KVUE: Reuters reported that Kimberly-Clark (KMB) is readying concessions to address EU antitrust concerns about its bid for Tylenol maker Kenvue (KVUE) that could help it win approval for the deal after a preliminary review. The European Commission, which acts as the EU competition enforcer, is set to formally inform Kimberly-Clark of its concerns this week.
- BWMN: Bowman Consulting Group (BWMN) announced the expiration of the “go-shop” period under the terms of the merger with Bernhard Capital Partners. No proposals were received before the expiration.
