1. LXFR: The acquisition of Luxfer Holdings PLC (LXFR) by Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. for a closing value of $512.81 million. Luxfer shareholders will receive $17.37 per ordinary share in cash, representing a premium of 1.88% from the stock’s last close. (Press Release)
2. ELSE: Shareholders of Electro-Sensors (ELSE) approved the company’s merger with steute Technologies at a special meeting of shareholders held on July 21, 2026.
3. NSC: Union Pacific (UNP) and Norfolk Southern (NSC) enhanced their merger application by offering customer protections. The new commitments are provided with the supplemental information requested by the Surface Transportation Board (STB). With this filing, Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern have completed their responses to the STB’s requests for supplemental information.
