Fortune Brands Innovations is an American manufacturer of home and security products, headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois. Its portfolio of businesses and brands includes Moen and the House of Rohl; outdoor living and security products from Therma-Tru, Larson, Fiberon, Master Lock and SentrySafe; and MasterBrand Cabinets. The company began trading on the NYSE as Fortune Brands Home & Security on October 4, 2011, following its spinoff from the Fortune Brands holding company, and initially had four operating segments: Cabinets, Plumbing, Windows & Doors, and Security & Storage. However, the company can trace its roots back to 1890,  with James Buchanan Duke’s creation of the American Tobacco Company.
