FONR: FONAR (FONR) announced that FONAR, LLC and FONAR Acquisition Sub, Inc. have obtained financing commitments to fund the merger, including a $35 million debt commitment from OceanFirst Bank, $10.23 million of private debt commitments, and an aggregate of $47.44 million of commitments comprised of rollover equity and new cash, together with the company’s cash on hand.
WBD: Bloomberg reported that Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) is considering reopening sale talks with rival Hollywood studio Paramount Skydance (PSKY) after receiving its hostile suitor’s most recent amended offer. Members of the Warner Bros. board are discussing whether Paramount could offer a path to a superior deal.
