1. DVAX: Sanofi (SNY) announced that Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWK) cleared the acquisition of Dynavax (DVAX) effective January 29, 2026.
2. APLT: Cycle Group announced that it has extended the expiration date of its tender offer to purchase all of the outstanding shares of Applied Therapeutics (APLT). The offer is extended to February 2, 2026, from January 29, 2026.
3. LNKB: Burke & Herbert (BHRB) filed Form S-4 for the acquisition of LINKBANCORP (LNKB). The special meeting of shareholders will be held on March 25, 2026.
