- SONM: Shareholders of Sonim Technologies (SONM) approved the company’s merger with Social Mobile at a special meeting of shareholders held on December 30.
- CMA: Competition Canada cleared the acquisition of Comerica (CMA) by Fifth Third (FITB) on December 23.
