
Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (BBBY) entered a merger agreement on November 24, 2025, to acquire The Brand House Collective, Inc. (TBHC) in an all-stock deal valued at $123.76 million.
The Brand House Collective shareholders will receive 0.1993 shares of Bed Bath & Beyond common stock for each The Brand House Collective share. This reflects a price of $1.12 per Brand House share, which represents a 15.63% discount from the stock’s last close.
The Brand House Collective, formerly known as Kirkland’s Inc., is a multi-brand home and family retail operator that manages iconic brands, including Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy BABY, Overstock, and Kirkland’s Home, through more than 300 stores and e-commerce platforms, offering curated home décor, furnishings, and lifestyle products across the U.S.
Bed Bath & Beyond is an e-commerce-focused home and family retail company, formerly operating a large national store network, that now owns a portfolio of brands, including Bed Bath & Beyond, Overstock, buybuy BABY, and Kirkland’s Home, offering a wide range of home goods and lifestyle products across digital platforms, supported by additional blockchain and technology assets.
Bed Bath & Beyond currently owns about 40% of The Brand House Collective’s outstanding shares.
Brand House CEO Amy Sullivan is expected to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed Beyond Retail Group, where she will oversee all omni-channel retail operations, including merchandising, stores, digital commerce, and customer experience, across Bed Bath & Beyond’s portfolio of brands, including Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy BABY, Overstock, and Kirkland’s Home.
The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
The Brand House Collective received financial advice from Consensus and legal counsel from Bass, Berry & Sims, while Bed Bath & Beyond received legal counsel from Latham & Watkins.
