SPR: Boeing (BA) has offered remedies in a bid to secure EU approval to acquire Spirit AeroSystems (SPR), according to an update on the European Commission website. The Commission, which acts as the EU competition enforcer, extended its decision deadline for the deal to October 14.
NEUE: NeueHealth (NEUE) announced that the outside date was extended to December 23, 2025, upon a written request of New Enterprise Associates submitted on September 18.
DALN: Shareholders of DallasNews (DALN) approved the company’s merger with Hearst at a special meeting of shareholders.
