Merger Arbitrage

1. KLG: WK Kellogg (KLG) announced that the merger is expected to close by the end of September 2025.
2. SPNS: Sapiens (SPNS) filed the preliminary proxy statement for its acquisition by Advent. The company expects the merger to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025 or the first quarter of 2026.
3. SCS: HNI (HNI) filed Form S-4 for the acquisition of Steelcase (SCS). The companies expect to complete the merger by the end of 2025.
