- SGMA: Transom Capital and SigmaTron International (SGMA) announced that the tender offer expired on July 24, 2025. Equiniti Trust advised Transom that, as of July 24, 4.4 million shares were validly tendered, representing 71.9% of the issued and outstanding shares.
- HOFV: Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment (HOFV) filed the preliminary proxy statement for its acquisition by Industrial Realty Group. The company anticipates that the merger will be completed in the second half of 2025.
- COOP: Rocket Companies (RKT) filed Form S-4 for the acquisition of Mr. Cooper (COOP). The special meeting of shareholders will be held on September 3, 2025.
