AMPS: Shareholders of Altus Power (AMPS) approved the company’s merger with TPG (TPG) at a special meeting of shareholders. The completion of the transaction is expected to occur on April 16, 2025.
X: Reuters reported that U.S. President Donald Trump said he does not want U.S. Steel (X) to go to Japan, suggesting he does not support Nippon Steel’s $14 billion bid for the American steel producer. “We don’t want to see it go to Japan,” Trump said, adding, “We love Japan.”
