Merger Arbitrage

1. CFMS: The acquisition of Conformis (CFMS) by restor3d for -$3.48 million or $2.27 per share in cash.
2. PTRS: Partners Bancorp and LINKBANCORP (LNKB) announced that their shareholders approved the merger of Partners with and into LINK.
3. ATVI: According to Reuters, the FTC will argue in federal court for a preliminary injunction to temporarily block Microsoft’s (MSFT) acquisition of Activision Blizzard, stopping the deal from closing before the government’s case against the deal is heard. The administrative hearing within the FTC is set to begin on August 2, 2023.
