Merger Arbitrage

1. Rogers Communications (RCI) and Shaw Communications (SJR) extended the outside date of their proposed merger to February 17, 2023.
2. MoneyGram International (MGI) and Madison Dearborn Partners announced that the final regulatory approval for their merger agreement is to be issued by the Reserve Bank of India. As a result, they have extended the End Date beyond February 14, 2023, to May 14, 2023 and now expect to close the Transaction either late in the first quarter or early in the second quarter of 2023.
3. Electro-Sensors (ELSE) and Mobile X Global terminated the definitive merger agreement the parties entered into on June 10, 2022.
