Merger Arbitrage

1. KVUE: Kimberly-Clark (KMB) and Kenvue (KVUE) submitted commitments to address competition concerns raised by the European Commission. The EU regulator decided to extend the provisional deadline for its decision to October 13, 2026, from September 29, 2026.
2. ARX: Accelerant (ARX) announced the expiration of the 40-day “go-shop” period under the merger with Thoma Bravo. The “go-shop” period expired on September 22, 2026.
3. ATKR: Competition Canada cleared the acquisition of Atkore (ATKR) by Prysmian on September 16.
