Introduction
A few weeks ago, in Episode 39 of our podcast, The Special Situations Report, we discussed one of the oddest press releases we’ve seen from an activist. Ancora Holdings formally applauded the decision by the railroad owner and operator CSX Corporation (CSX) to replace its Chief Executive Officer at the end of September.
