1. SCS: HNI Corporation (HNI) filed Form S-4 for the acquisition of Steelcase (SCS). The companies expect to complete the merger by the end of 2025.
2. LVTX: XOMA (XOMA) extended the Expiration Date of the tender offer to acquire LAVA Therapeutics (LVTX) until October 17, 2025.
3. SOL: Emeren (SOL) announced that its extraordinary general meeting, scheduled for October 21, 2025, is cancelled with immediate effect. The company plans to announce the date of a new extraordinary general meeting as soon as it has finalized the details.
