- SSTK: The U.K. Competition and Markets Authority announced that the merger between Getty Images (GETY) and Shutterstock (SSTK) raises competition concerns. The regulator said that the companies have until October 27 to offer an acceptable undertaking to address its concerns, and that otherwise it will refer the deal for further investigation.
- SONM: Sonim Technologies (SONM) announced that on August 22, it received a deficiency letter from Nasdaq indicating that its stockholders’ equity did not satisfy the continued listing requirement of at least $2.5 million. On October 17, the company received an extension through December 31, 2025, to regain compliance.
- VRNT: Verint Systems (VRNT) filed a definitive proxy statement. The special meeting of shareholders will be held on November 18, 2025.
