1. CTLP: Shareholders of Cantaloupe (CTLP) approved the company’s merger with 365 Retail Markets at a special meeting of shareholders. On August 13, 2025, 365 withdrew its HSR notification and report form and refiled its HSR notification and report form on August 18, 2025.
2. MAG: The acquisition of MAG Silver (MAG) by Pan American Silver (PAAS) was completed on September 4, 2025. It took 116 days for the deal to be completed.
3. GMS: The acquisition of GMS (GMS) by Home Depot (HD) was completed on September 4, 2025. It took 66 days for the deal to be completed.
