Merger Arbitrage

1. NSC: Katoen Natie, a logistics and distribution company, announced strong support for the proposed merger between Union Pacific (UNP) and Norfolk Southern (NSC).
2. COOP: Mr. Cooper Group (COOP) announced that its stockholders voted to adopt the merger agreement with Rocket Companies (RKT) at a special meeting of stockholders.
3. CCRN: Cross Country Healthcare (CCRN) announced that the Outside Date for its merger with Aya Healthcare was extended from September 3, 2025, to December 3, 2025. On August 29, 2025, the companies certified to the FTC that they have substantially complied with the Second Request.
