- INFA: Informatica (INFA) filed the preliminary information statement for its acquisition by Salesforce (CRM). The company expects the merger to be completed in Salesforce’s fiscal year 2027, ending January 2026.
- HES: Reuters reported that the arbitrators in a legal dispute between Exxon Mobil (XOM) and Hess (HES) have reached a decision related to a major oilfield project in Guyana. The Paris-based International Chamber of Commerce, which is overseeing the arbitration case, is now reviewing the decision before it is released to the parties.
