- NVEE: NV5 Global (NVEE) announced that the waiting period with respect to the notification and report forms filed under the HSR Act expired on July 14, 2025. Acuren (TIC) and NV5 currently expect to complete the merger in August of 2025.
- MTAL: MAC Copper (MTAL) announced that the First Court Hearing is scheduled for July 30, 2025. The general meeting of shareholders will be held on August 29, 2025.
- STRR: Star Equity (STRR) announced that the special meeting of shareholders will be held on August 21, 2025.
