- MRC: The acquisition of MRC Global Inc. (MRC) by DNOW Inc. (DNOW), for a closing value of $1.5 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, MRC Global shareholders will receive 0.9489 shares of DNOW common stock for each share of MRC Global common stock, at about $14.29 per share, representing a 7.28% premium from the stock’s last close. - HONE: Eastern Bankshares (EBC) filed Form S-4 for the acquisition of HarborOne Bancorp (HONE). The special meeting of shareholders will be held on August 20, 2025.
- MAG: Competition Canada cleared the acquisition of MAG Silver (MAG) by Pan American Silver (PAAS).
