- SPTN: The acquisition of SpartanNash Company (SPTN) by C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC, for a closing value of $1.77 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, C&S will acquire SpartanNash for a purchase price of $26.90 per share of SpartanNash common stock in cash, representing a premium of 52.49% from the stock’s last close. - RGLS: Novartis (NVS) announced that the expiration of the waiting period under the HSR Act for its acquisition of Regulus Therapeutics (RGLS). The expiration of the HSR Act waiting period occurred on June 20, 2025.
- IPG: The Federal Trade Commission approved Omnicom’s (OMC) acquisition of Interpublic (IPG), with the condition that the merged company must not enter into agreements that steer advertising dollars toward or away from publishers based on political content. The deal would still allow individual advertisers to specify where their ads are shown.
