- CYTH: The acquisition of Cyclo Therapeutics (CYTH) by Rafael Holdings (RFL) was completed on March 26, 2025. It took 216 days for the deal to be completed.
- ALTR: The acquisition of Altair Engineering (ALTR) by Siemens AG was completed on March 26, 2025. It took 147 days for the deal to be completed.
- LGTY: Logility Supply Chain Solutions (LGTY) announced it has received clearance under the United Kingdom – National Security and Investment Act 2021. The Merger is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025.
