2. CEQP: Crestwood Equity Partners (CEQP) announced the receipt of consents from holders of record of its outstanding 9.250% Perpetual Preferred Units. The Consent Solicitation was conducted in connection with the Merger and at the direction of Energy Transfer.
3. AAIC: Arlington Asset Investment announced that the special meeting of shareholders will be held on December 12, 2023.
