2. AJRD: L3Harris Technologies (LHX) completes the acquisition of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings (AJRD).
3. NEX: NexTier Oilfield Solutions (NEX) and Patterson-UTI Energy (PTEN) announced the expiration of the waiting period under the HSR Act, in connection with the previously announced all-stock merger of equals transaction.
