1. CVS Health (CVS) completed the acquisition of Oak Street Health (OSH).
2. Univar Solutions (UNVR) announced that the special meeting of stockholders will be on June 6, 2023. The initial 30-day waiting period under the HSR Act expired on April 26, 2023.
3. Berkshire Grey (BGRY) and SoftBank filed their notification and report forms under the HSR Act on April 7, 2023. The waiting period with respect to the notification and report forms will expire on May 8, 2023.
