- According to Reuters, Britain is to investigate Amazon.com’s (AMZN) anticipated takeover of iRobot Corp (IRBT). Britain’s Competition and Markets Authority said it is also now considering whether the deal could reduce competition in the connected device market.
- GasLog Ltd. (GLOG-PA) to acquire the outstanding common units of GasLog Partners (GLOP) not beneficially owned by GasLog for an overall consideration of $8.65 per common unit in cash.
