2. The acquisition of Conmed Healthcare Management (CONM) by Correct Care Solutions for $59 million or $3.95 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of Human Genome Sciences (HGSI) by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) for $3.6 billion or $14.25 per share in cash.
