According to Bloomberg, Sucampo Pharmaceuticals (SCMP) approached by buyers

Sucampo Pharmaceuticals Inc., (SCMP) a U.S. biopharmaceutical company with a focus on gastroenterology, is reviewing options including a sale of the business after receiving takeover interest, according to people familiar with the matter.

Dec 26, 2018: Mallinckrodt Plc (MNK) agreed to buy Sucampo Pharmaceuticals Inc.(SCMP) for about $1.2 billion in cash to add a treatment for constipation and experimental medicines targeting rare diseases, helping diversify its business away from the controversial drug that makes up the largest part of its revenue.
